After months of planning and weeks of talking about it here on the blog – it’s a little surreal that today is the first day of a three part liquidation sale which culminates with Jubilee Furniture – after eight years of renting from Wheaton Christian Center Church – moving into our own building!
So, fasten your seat belts and lets take a look at what amazing furniture can be had for 20% off the price tag price!
I stood on a chair and snapped shots of the showroom from by the front doors when you walk in and again by the register – simply to show you that there is TONS of inventory. Though we haven’t added “new” furniture this week (all incoming donations are going to stock our new store) we moved nothing from our current inventory except the never-been-used, prototype queen size mattresses and box springs and about eight pieces of more expensive artwork.
What follows are photos and prices – for you regular followers this stuff all should look somewhat familiar – of SOME of what’s in the store:
this is a gorgeous antique sideboard – it’s missing the glass in the two curved doors – priced $395 (20% will be taken off at the register – but 20% of $395 is $79 which brings the price – before tax – down to $316)
the upholstered pieces are that gorgeous set by Lazar. You have the gray velvet sofa from their Pantera collection which is priced $895 (minus 20% brings the price – again pre-tax – to $716); amazing glass topped coffee table is $175 (minus 20% price is $140); cool gray armchair with a fabulous sheen to the fabric is $495 (minus 20% is $396); armless chair by Lazar is $395 (minus 20% is $316); and finally a Room & Board barrel table for $125 (minus 20% is $100)
